Bidirectional 25 kW DC-DC module for high-power EV fast charging.
High power with efficient conversion up to 98.5%, suited to high-power DC charging (level 1). Galvanic isolation and bidirectional power transfer, enabling vehicle-to-grid and vehicle-to-load. Power scaling by paralleling multiple modules. CAN-bus communication for BMS integration and module synchronisation.

What it does and how
Applications
APP- High-power EV fast-charging stations (120 kW) with bidirectional power transfer and grid ancillary services such as peak-shaving and grid stabilisation
- Mobile off-board chargers supplying loads from a battery, e.g. vehicle-to-home (V2H) backup or camping power
Technologies
TECH- Integrated magnetics: the inductor is built into the transformer, reducing part count and raising power density
- Ripple-free charge current that meets the CHAdeMO 2.0 (2018) standard
- Novel SDM/SDMM modulation enabling soft switching across the full power range with improved high-frequency output ripple
